A purpose of the DBN website is to permit Users to voluntarily provide information about themselves for the purposes of professional or business networking.
You willingly provide us certain personal information, which we collect in order to allow you to benefit from the DBN website.
If you have any hesitation about providing such information to us and/or having such information displayed on the DBN website or otherwise used in any manner
permitted in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, you should not become a member of DBN.
In order to become a User, you must first create an account on our website. To create an account you are required to provide contact information,
which you recognize and acknowledge is personal information allowing others, including DBN, to identify you. This may include your name, email address,
country, biographical information related to your professional endeavors, and a password chosen by you.
As a User you may provide information in your profile describing your skills, professional experiences, and business goals.
Providing additional information beyond what is required at registration to become a User is entirely optional.

DBN uses cookies and web log files to track site usage. If your browser settings do not allow cookies, you may not be able to use the DBN services.

When you visit the DBN website we automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came and the site to which you are going when you leave DBN.

The personally identifiable information you choose to provide on our website is used to help you describe yourself to and network with other Users.
Other information, that does not personally identify you as an individual, is collected by DBN from Users and is exclusively owned by DBN.
This information can be utilized by DBN in such manner as DBN, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate.
Forums, Chats and Postings
If you post in the Business Xchange or Knowledge Center, or use a bulletin board, or forum, or post updates to your profile, or participate in a chat room on DBN, be aware that any personally identifiable
information you choose to provide there can be read, collected, or used by other Users of these forums and could be used to send you unsolicited messages.
DBN is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums.
Advertising
We may allow other companies to advertise their products and services on the DBN website.
DBN does not provide personally identifiable information to any advertiser or any other third party.
We do not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Testimonials
If you provide any testimonials about the DBN service, we may post those testimonials in connection with our promotion of its service to third parties,
which testimonials may include your name and other personal information that you have provided.
Legal Disclaimer/Disclosure to Others
It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information when required by law, such as responses to civil or criminal subpoenas,
or other requests by law enforcement personnel. We will disclose such information wherein we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a

Accessing, Changing and Closing Your Account
You can review the personal information you provided to DBN and make changes to the information you publish, or to your account settings,
by logging in to your account at the DBN website. Please be aware that even after your request for a change is processed, DBN may retain information
about you in archived database copies.
DBN offers a "public profile" feature which allows Users to publish portions of their profile, including their "name", but not their "email address" to the
public Internet. Users may opt-out of this feature by editing their settings however DBN does not warrant how often third-party search engines will
update their cache.
You can request to close your account by emailing us. To request that we close your account and have your information removed from the DBN website,
please send your request using the email account that you used to register with DBN to team@dragonbn.com. Include the words "Close Account" in the subject line.
Your Obligations
As a User, you have certain obligations toward the other Users with whom you will be communicating.
Some of these obligations are imposed by applicable law and regulations, and others have become commonplace in online communities like DBN.
You must respect all intellectual property rights which may belong to third parties.
You must not download or otherwise disseminate any information which may be deemed to be injurious, violent, offensive, racist or xenophobic
or which may otherwise violate the purpose and spirit of DBN and its community of Users.
You must not provide information to DBN or other Users which you believe might be injurious or detrimental to your person, professional or social status.
Any violation of these guidelines may lead to the restriction, suspension or termination of your account.
Age
You must be 18 years of age or older to register with DBN and use the DBN services.
Security
It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information and the confidentiality of your personal information
when communicating with other users.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without advance notice. Changes will be posted on the DBN website.
By continuing to use the DBN service after changes have been published on the DBN website, you are consenting to the changes.
